A thirty (30) minute class focusing on stretching. 

For all fitness levels: Class that includes 5 elements: Aerobics, Strength, Balance, Core and Stretching.

Appropriate for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners, this class emphasizes creating length and suppleness in the muscles and tendons and releasing stress.

This class emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility, the building of endurance and the development of self-awareness.

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

A high intensity step workout that will get you moving. Come prepared for 35 to 40 minutes of cardio.
