A thirty (30) minute class focusing on stretching. 

This class will incorporate strength/balance training, flexibility, and Taijiquan to help improve the effects of Parkinson's.

Appropriate for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners, this class emphasizes creating length and suppleness in the muscles and tendons and releasing stress.

This class emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility, the building of endurance and the development of self-awareness.

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

A full body boot camp style training class.  Exercises are designed to train, develop, and use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time utilizing a blend of kickboxing, weight training, and medicine ball work.
