A thirty (30) minute class focusing on stretching. 

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

A full body boot camp style training class.  Exercises are designed to train, develop, and use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time utilizing a blend of kickboxing, weight training, and medicine ball work.

A high energy class, designed around the barbell to provide a total body workout through the use of a multitude of techniques and movements.
