Megan is a native of Easton and a graduate of Easton High School and Anne Arundel Community College. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association & looking into furthering her education in Nutrition. Currently in addition to training she is a sous chef at Blue Heron Catering where she loves cooking healthy, fun, food.

Her fitness journey began in 2017, when she was at her highest weight of 210lbs. By eating unhealthy and having a negative body image, she realized the need for positive change in her life. She began learning how to make healthy food from her job as sous chef and working out regularly. After seeing some progress, she knew she could help others achieve the same success. Today after adopting a positive self image, working out regularly and eating a healthy diet she has lost over 50lbs! . From riding Teddy, her one-eyed horse, running track, playing soccer, to paddle boarding with her German Shepherds Kaja + Hugo, she discovered a passion for fitness. Her goal is to empower women + men struggling with body confidence, and guide them to make meaningful change everyday to improve their physical and mental health.
